Calling all young scientists! If you would like to display a project at the fair, register now. You can register even if you have not chosen your project topic yet. Later, this form may be submitted again to update our records with new information. Final registration must be received by 3/20/2020.

Parents - by filling in the boxes below, you agree that:

• Your young scientist(s) have your permission to participate in the science fair.
• You will ensure that appropriate safety precautions are taken when performing experiments at home or elsewhere, and that no experiment causes harm to any person or animal.
• You will be responsible for clean-up of any messy projects at the end of the night on Monday and after school on Tuesday.
• Waverly Elementary and the PTA may not be held responsible for any loss or damages.
